Our policies, guarantees, and booking terms — designed to give you peace of mind.

The Short Version

Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled service.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
100% refund if your cruise ship fails to dock at St. Maarten due to weather, mechanical issues, or itinerary changes.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.

Bookings can be made via our website contact form, email, or WhatsApp.
All bookings are confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from our team.
Group tours require a minimum of 10 guests — smaller parties are combined with other travelers.
Private tours and VIP packages require advance booking. Same-day availability is subject to fleet capacity.
Pricing is per person for shared tours and per group for private/VIP packages unless otherwise stated.
Children under 3 ride free when sharing a seat with an adult on shared tours.

All tours include an air-conditioned vehicle, licensed local guide, and complimentary water and soft drinks.
Tour itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or local events — alternative stops of equal value will be provided.
Guests must be at the designated pickup point at the agreed time. We allow a 10-minute grace period before departing.
We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles. Please ensure you collect all items upon disembarkation.
Photography and video for personal use is permitted on all tours.
Guests are expected to follow the guide's safety instructions at all times.

All transfers are private — no shared shuttles.
60 minutes of complimentary wait time is included with all airport transfers.
We track flight arrivals in real-time and adjust pickup times for delays.
For cruise port pickups, we monitor ship schedules and coordinate accordingly.
Additional wait time beyond the complimentary period may incur a surcharge.
Child car seats are available upon request at no extra charge — please request at time of booking.

All cruise passenger tours are timed to guarantee safe return to the Dr. A.C. Wathey Cruise Facility before your ship's departure.
We monitor ship departure schedules and build in a comfortable time buffer.
In the unlikely event of a delay caused by Confidence Tours, we will arrange alternative transportation at our expense.
This guarantee applies to all shared tours and private tours booked through us for cruise passengers.

Confidence Transportation & Tours is a licensed and insured tour operator in St. Maarten.
We carry comprehensive commercial vehicle insurance covering all passengers.
We are not liable for injuries resulting from guests' failure to follow safety instructions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, government actions).
